This bachelor thesis is aimed at the analysis and the description of Smart Grids within the field of power engeneering. It deals with Smart Grids´ general requirements and their practical application. Furthermore, it discusses Smart Grids´ security measures, and describes its components. It also draws up intelligent household, selects and theoretically applies components to pre-selected object. The bachelor thesis further encompasses a network simulation whose graphs show channel transmissivity among concentrators while data are simulated.

Changes and claims under FIDIC commercial terms in the context of the Civil Code and public procurement law FIDIC commercial terms are one of the most popular commercial terms in construction all over the world. Its regulation of Variations and Claims during the constructions works is certainly very important for successful progress of the construction. However, in the context of the Czech Civil Code and public procurement rules, there can raise issues of applicability of such regulation under FIDIC in Czech law environment and also compliance with public procurement regulation. The aim of this thesis is an analysis of applicability of Variations and Claims under the FIDIC regarding to the Czech Civil Code and public procurement rules. After an introductory part, the thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter describes the FIDIC Federation and history of its commercial terms. The second chapter outlines basic description of Variations and Adjustments and Claims and connected questions including the procedure issues. Following two chapters are the main parts of the thesis. Title: The demands on the personality of the coach in tennis Objectives: The main aim of this work is to gain a deeper insight into the coach's personality and his competency based on in-depth interviews with tennis players and coaches. Methods: The work utilizes semi structured interviews and in-depth interviews with tennis players and coaches. Literary sources and the most important competencies gained from the questionnaires of Jan Králík's bachelor's thesis became the foundation for the interviews. Semi structured interview was used for evaluating the importance of the data and to create a competency profile. The method of in-depth interview was used for a deeper analysis of competencies. Results: Based on the interviews, a competency profile was created and compared with competency profile of the bachelor thesis of Jan Králík. Remedies for copyright and neighbouring rights infringement in international context The aim of this thesis is to comprehensively summarise the current international state of remedies for copyright and neighbouring rights infringement. For that purpose the thesis outlines subject matter of copyright and neighbouring rights, international and European legislation, execution and infringement of such rights. With regard to intangible nature of subjects protected by copyright and neighbouring rights, it is not sufficient to prescribe measures only at national level; on the contrary it is necessary to prescribe legislation internationally, because execution and infringement of rights can occur at multiple locations simultaneously. Therefore, this thesis also deals with current issues of digital era, which must be dealt with by the law of copyright and neighbouring rights. The topic of this thesis is divided into five parts. Analysis of Reporting in Business and its Technological Coverage by Microsoft BI

This master thesis deals with an analysis of reporting in business and its technological coverage by Microsoft Business Intelligence portfolio. The main objective of this work is to analyze the individual organization's requirements on reporting and coverage options. This work can serve as a tool for implementation of reporting in a company or for increasing the efficiency of reporting. The first part is theoretical. It deals with Business Intelligence as an environment for reporting. It also defines the basic concepts. The next part covers the area of reporting. This section provides an insight into the history, definition of outcomes and detailed classification of reporting from different perspectives. Furthermore, the definition of users reporting and the reporting standards in companies is also covered. At the end of this chapter, there is the definition of the benefits of reporting for companies. The main part of this master thesis is an analysis of the requirements for reporting in companies. The chapter defines five key perspectives which are described in a greater detail. The methods how companies should methodically approach these requirements are also discussed. The chapter further looks at the requirements for a concrete report. An output of this chapter is an effective template for gathering requirements for a specific report. The last chapter focuses on reporting portfolio analysis of Microsoft and defines the concept of Microsoft. It provides detailed information about reporting products that Microsoft offers. An analyses and a mapping of the individual characteristics of the products and the requirements is defined in this thesis.
